Marie F. Erkes

Marie Erkes serves on the ESCOT Board of Directors where she is the Treasurer. Marie has lead a number of ESCOT projects helping small non-profit organizations complete IRS applications for 501(c)(3) non-profit status. In addition to ESCOT, Marie is an active member of several area historic and cultural organizations and has served as President of the Albany County Historical Association and as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of The Friends of Opera Saratoga. During her professional career in Information Technology at GE and GE Consulting Services Corporation, Marie was an application software analyst and developer, software quality programs manager, and a technical training specialist. After leaving GE and following a short period as the founder and principal consultant for Software Quality Consulting, Inc., Marie joined the international company Gambro Healthcare where she was a software quality consultant and manager. Marie holds a BA from Immaculata University where she majored in mathematics with a minor in physics.
